Our privacy statement is governed by the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.

When you provide personal information (e.g. through our membership area) we will use this information for the stated purpose and will not disclose the information with any third parties.

The Personal Information which you provide us with in your application/registration form will be used by IPCNC to:

• process and manage your application for IPCNC membership and/or IPCNC event registration

• conduct in-house market research in order to identify and analyse the ongoing needs of IPCNC members and/or IPCNC event participants

• provide you with access to online membership services, other member benefits and access to and information about a range of special offers, products and services.

Upon acceptance of your application to IPCNC, your contact details may be passed on to your local IPCNC Regional Coordinator. Your Regional Coordinator will only use these details to contact / update you about any local College activities.

You have the right to access any personal information which IPCNC holds about you, subject to the exceptions in the Privacy Act 1993. You may also request the correction of information which is inaccurate. Access and/or correction requests can be made through the IPCNC Membership Co-ordinator

When you visit our site we collect statistical information about your visit. This information is used to help us improve the site and for no other purpose. Information about your visit is combined with the data from all our visitors and is anonymous.
