The NDICN endorses these standards for use in NZ facilities. Available as a pdf document here or via the website.
The Victorian cleaning standards were first published in 2000 and were reviewed and updated in 2005, 2009 and again in late 2010.
The 2010 changes were limited to correcting inconsistent terminology and the provision of information in areas where the content was seen as ambiguous.
