Based on the Nursing Council of New Zealand’s “Competencies for RN scope of practice” (2005) & the New Zealand National PDRP Framework indicators with an additional focus on reflecting speciality practice in Infection Control & the New Zealand Infection Control Standard NZS 8134.3: 2008.
